Business Policy for Treatment Purchases At TwoSix Aesthetics, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our clients. When purchasing a treatment, clients are required to sign a consent form that outlines the following: 

1. Treatment Confirmation: Clients will specify the treatment they are receiving, ensuring clarity on the services provided. 

2. Informed Consent: Clients acknowledge that they have received information about the treatment, including its benefits, risks, and alternatives. 

3. Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose any relevant medical history or conditions that may affect the treatment outcome. 

4. Payment Terms: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the treatment. All sales are final, and refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. 

5. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee, only if the full treatment has been paid before. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If a package is purchased and started the full treatment price is non refundable. 

6. Liability Waiver: Clients agree to release TwoSix Aesthetics from any liability related to the treatment performed. By signing the consent form, clients confirm their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
